Arriving on schedule

A protection calendar only works if the box beats the first of the month. Fortunately the delivery is the one leg of the trip we've outsourced entirely to the partner storefront.

Speed, cost, carrier and the little map with the driver's dot are all settled at the storefront's checkout, where members of its delivery program generally see the quickest windows. Nothing about a Catego order needs special handling: no refrigeration, no signature, no adult present. It ships like the ordinary parcel it is.

When it lands: store the box away from food and out of reach of paws and small hands, and read the label before the first application. If the calendar is tight, note that a dose applied today protects for thirty days — the schedule starts at the nape, not at the doorbell.
