Skipping a month

Plans change; sometimes a box needs to go back. Since every purchase happens on the partner storefront, every return does too — under the return policy shown on the product page the day you bought it.

The mechanics: open the storefront's order history, pick the order, follow the return flow. Unopened boxes in their original packaging make the trip back with the least friction. Refund timing and drop-off options are the retailer's department, and they run it briskly.

The one thing that can't be returned is an applied dose. If something about a dose concerns you — a reaction, a mix-up, a cat suddenly outside the label's limits — stop, keep the packaging, and put your veterinarian and the retailer's support on the case before anything else.
